Peeling

Since 2007 Heyco has been closely cooperating with a Moroccan company Green Table. The shrimps peeling department of Green Table in Morocco employs 300 women who mainly work full-time. This loyal group of employees forms the very foundation of the Heyco product.

The highest standards of hygiene are maintained. When working, the employees wear protective clothing such as overalls, gloves, head covers and masks. Supervisors check the temperature and quality of the shrimps continually during the process.
